All parts leaving Lone Star Casting are machined. For straightforward cylindrical configurations, conventional turning methods are used to produce reliable stock-to-finish blanks. For more complex profiles such as flanged bushings, rough machining and CNC finishing steps are combined to create accurate semi-finished components.

Our machining process is designed to provide high part-to-part consistency and dependable roundness, helping customers reduce setup time and improve throughput in their own final machining operations.
