Metal Made Right

Starting with the basic raw materials including Copper, Aluminum, Iron, Nickel, and Manganese, along with our own foundry returns, we incorporate many steps along the way to assure that we produce metal of the highest quality. Realizing that the quality of charge stock going into a furnace, coupled with the melting / purification procedures employed, have a direct result in the quality of the metal coming out. We use only premium materials. For our various element additions; Copper is from only "#1 Bright Shiny", Aluminum from "EC Grade", Iron from clean low-carbon stampings, and our Nickel is from clean 90/10 Copper-Nickel alloy. We don't use general scrap copper that would include old valve bodies, fittings, flashing, and tubing, or general Aluminum scrap that would include extrusions, castings, or turnings.
